Great natural blood thinner. My father struggled with thick blood due to cholesterol and an autoimmune disorder. He developed diabetes after Covid, worsening his condition. I bought nattokinase in hopes of improving my brain circulation, but found that my blood pressure dropped quite low while taking it.
